The Natural Order of Created Life
- Cultural Contracts and Laws
- Culturally enforced codes of conduct
- Culturally aware and creative citizens
- Civil Service
- Religious and Spiritual Societies
- Political Movements and Governments
If political movements and their governors attempt to deny their subordinate role within civilised societies, then there is a danger that they become uncontrollable, for they quickly become a sectarian band of self-appointing elitists who wish to control and dominate every aspect of life.
When such a situation arises, it becomes the moral and ethical duty of every human being to demand a universally valid Bill of Rights and Duties in order to protect every living being and the environment upon which they depend.
